Classes,

In all those years I participated in different classes, to work with tyvek, lutradur, etc.etc.  I can teach you to work with .

Also I can offer you classes to make flowers, birds, jewelry.

Sometimes a family that  is on vacation for skiing  the mother comes working in my atelier for a day or half a day.

I am  privileged that I don’t need the money for living so I can ask 30 euro for a day and it is à great pleasure  for me to meet women.

I have gained a lot of experience in different techniques.

A number of years ago I formed a club with the name “pourquoi pas” with means why not. It is a lot of fun because we use  different things to work with textiles. So as nespresso capsules, hardware, a bra, a sponge etc.

I am the only one to work three dimensional.

The past few month I made yewelery in textile. They are for sale!

Somebody asked me to make a jewel and so I did.

I had so much fun making them that I could not stop. I make now different models. I love to have a small work done when I cannot work  in my atelier, when I am on vacation etc.

I like them very much myself. To have something made in textile is very special, it is not ordinary!

Of course I gave away a lot of them but my friends tell me to sell them on a market but I don’t want to do that so they advised me to place them on my blog.

So you can choose a color and you see what I have at that moment in that color. In real they are more beautiful!! You will not be disappointed, I am sure! It is a very original present I think.

I think the best way is to send me a cheque for 25 euro and as soon as I have received it I send de jewelry by registered letter

I don’t have really a production of course because it takes me 2 days work to make them. Imagine for that price! It is more a matter of bringing pleasure to people, that is what I like to do, as long as I can.

I also have made little suns to make people happy for 15 euro!!!

I think this is the most secure way selling them, if you have another idea tell me please.

My creations are not for sale.  I am too attached to my work; they will be later for my children.

About me

I am born in the Netherlands, a long time ago, 1934.

I have lived in the USA, near the Twin Cities  in the Mid-West and also in Germany, near Frankfurt.

20 years ago I moved with my husband to France where we have our home, near the lake of Annecy.

We live in a little village called Alex at an altitude of 800 meters, about 10 minutes driving  from  the lake and 30 minutes from the  ski stations.

My mother had an atelier making women’s lingerie so I was very young to start sewing.

Now I create my works in textile in three dimensions. I am very privileged to be able to do this at my age. I cannot stop!
